Radio station..........?

Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to make a radio station (NOT an online one). The instructions can be in the form of text, a website, or YouTube video. I'd really appreciate it. 10 points to best answer. :)

Ralph, Since starting a radio station can be a complicated process, the best place to begin is the Federal Communications Commission website if you are in the U.S. http://www.fcc.gov Then, depending on whether you are considering an AM station, an FM, or a low power FM (LPFM) look for the "How To Apply for a Broadcast Station" pages. First step is to get funded for the process, then seek out an engineering firm to see on what frequency, if any, a radio station can be built. If a frequency is found, get the application ready, and then wait..and wait..for the FCC to open a filing window. This is the only time you can apply. It might take several years to get through this.
