RADIO Station?

I want to make my own radio station can you tell me what are the steps to make it happen and go on air?

1. There are LAWS about that. If you want to build a commercial radio station, you need a minimum of $100,000 just to start.
2. If you want one to listen to on your computer go to yahoo and about 5 or 6 things below the answers thing on top it will say music and you click that and then wait for page then click ONCE!!! on the radio button and it will have a create my station or somthing to that effect and then you can creat your own station that way.
